180 grams of Coconut ( grated ) | 150 grams of Sugar ( caster ) |
2 white of Eggs | 1 tea spoon of Vanilla ( extract ) |
1 pinch of Salt |
Preparation:
Preheat the oven (400°F / 210°C / th.7).
Blending:
Whisk the egg whites until stiff with the pinch of salt in a salad bowl.
Add the grated coconut, the sugar and the vanilla extract to the egg white.
Mix with your fingers until you get an homogeneous pastry.
Fabrication:
Take small balls of pastry and form regular domes.
Put "the congolais" on a baking tray.
Cooking:
Put in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes depending on the size of the "congolais".
Remove them and let them cool down on a shelf...
... and enjoy your dessert !
